House on the banks of the river Nisava. It is located in a peaceful area, in a natural environment with lots of greenery. It has a landscaped courtyard with beautiful views and access to the river. The yard has natural shade, a bakery with barbecue and a lot of space for enjoying, sitting, sunbathing, fishing and walking in nature. It is also suitable for families with small children and pets. Nearby is the Vrežinski pool, 5km from the center of Nis. On the same street there is a cafe and restaurant that go out on the river. Nearby are the big markets of Lidl, Dis, Stop Shop.

A relaxing, modern studio apartment right by a pedestrian bridge over the river Nisava. It is equipped with an 80's gramophone and records of many genres as well as a spacious balcony. The building is situated in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by family houses. Supermarkets LIDL and IDEA that work until 10PM are just a 5 min walk across the bridge, as well as the shopping center Delta Planet with a food court on the top floor. 20 minutes walk to the city center by foot following the river.
