My house is a small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow streets, there are no vehicles allowed. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean Sea, away from the crowded and noisy port of Livadi.

Ανακαλύψτε το παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι μας στην καρδιά της κάτω Χώρας. αυτό το σπίτι των 28 τ.μ. συνδυάζει τη Γαλήνη και τη σύγχρονη άνεση με καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα άνετο καθιστικό και φωτεινό πολύ λειτουργικό χώρο με το διπλό κρεβάτι στο κάτω επίπεδο και το μονό κρεβάτι πού βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο ταβλαδο το σπίτι απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 30 μέτρα από τη στάση του λεωφορείου και μόλις 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την άνω χώρα που βρίσκονται όλα τα μαγαζιά

The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex.
